Masters degree in Optometry, Medicine, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or an Associate Director Evidence Generation Surgical Visionrelated occupation. Position requiresbr 1. Experience developing and supporting new product andor existing product claims;br 2. Experience as reviewer of advertising and promotional assets for medical devices;br 3. Experience developing and communicating medical and scientific strategic insights;br 4. Experience leading teams to deliver critical milestones, including complex projects;br 5. Experience collaborating across different functional areas to ensure alignment with governance processes assigning roles and responsibilities, setting priorities, and managing deliverables and to meet business objectives;br 6. Experience building collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders;br 7. Experience as change agent in team development and progression;br 8. Experience managing project budget processes;br 9. Experience in Ophthalmology, including an understanding of the structure and function of the eye, as well as diagnosis and treatment for ocular diseases; and,br 10. Medical device development experience, including design development, clinical study planning and execution, and regulatory interactions.br br Some travel up to 10 may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally.
