Financial analysis and modeling skills, including operating model, financial forecast, synergy, working capital, and transaction payout waterfall analysis; 4. Negotiating letter of intent LOI and definitive purchasesale agreements in MA context; 5. Leading MA due diligence process planning, management, reporting and impact analyses, and 6. Managing productive relationships with industry and advisory professionals to assist with MA initiatives.
