This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience with Oracle Service Cloud RightNow CX and Oracle Field Service Cloud. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Solution design and configuration using Oracle Service Cloud OSvC; 2 Web development using PHP, JavaScript and MySQL; 3 Designing and developing Customer Portal solutions using OSvC; 4 Integration development using technologies such as MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud Services ICS; and 5 Implementing Oracle cloud solutions integration between Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Field Service Cloud OFSCTOA.
