Required Education Bachelors Degree in Finance, Urban Design, or a related field foreign equivalent is acceptable plus two 2 years of demonstrated employment experience in providing real estate investment analysis services.br br Required employment experience must includebr 1 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in performing financial and investment analysis in the real estate industry;br 2 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in analyzing research data using qualitative, quantitative, statistical, and econometric techniques;br 3 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in preparing investment reports and making recommendations to support investment strategies;br 4 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in utilizing analytical tools and financial models to perform financial forecasts and evaluate prospective properties;br 5 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in conducting due diligence on real estate properties and projects;br 6 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in coordinating the underwriting process of real estate transactions; and,br 7 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in utilizing financial knowledge, including internal rate of return, discounted cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
