Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related and five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation supporting execution of advisory and capital markets transactions; building and utilizing financial models and preparing pitch books and live deal materials; performing financial analysis including portfolio analysis, valuation, proforma, and three statement analysis; participating in due diligence or market intelligence discussions; drafting, maintaining, and presenting marketing materials and client presentations. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in one of the abovelisted fields and three 3 years of experience in the abovelisted skills. Telecommuting andor working from home is permissible. 10 travel required.
