Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation building and utilizing financial models and preparing pitch books and live deal materials; performing financial analysis including portfolio analysis, valuation, proforma, and three statement analysis; participating in due diligence and market intelligence discussions; drafting and maintaining marketing materials and client presentations. Telecommuting andor working from home is permissible. In the alternative the employer will accept a Masters degree in one of the abovelisted fields and three 3 years of experience in the abovelisted skills.
