The position requires the minimum of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field plus 3 years experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The position also requires knowledge of Energy and Building Codes as they relate to MEPFP mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection field services; knowledge of design software tools applicable to MEP design, including Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, and Revit; certification as Project Management Professional PMP at the time of hire; attainment of designation of LEED AP Building Operations and Maintenance at the time of hire; and affiliation with one of the following major professional organizations BCxA, AEE, ASHRAE, or USGBC at the time of hire. Applicants must be willing to work at various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States. Applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable.
