This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 10 years of work experience in Construction Management, Engineering or closely related occupation.br br In Lieu of the requirements listed above, employer will accept 15 years of work experience in Construction Management, Engineering or closely related occupation.br br Special Skills or Other Requirementsbr br Must possess expertise knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Managing construction projects related to industrial andor commercial facilities or related field.br 2. Predesign and preconstruction, building systemscomponents and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.br 3. MEP Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and general building maintenance.br 4. Relevant experience in safety planning and implementation.br 5. Familiarity with the documentation required to commission and qualify regulated facilities. Compilation of documents and test data to support safe commissioning of systems.br br Must be willing to travel andor relocate to various unanticipated places in the U.S.
