This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br Special Skills or Other Requirementsbr br Must possess expertise knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise knowledge cannot be quot;quantifiedquot; by quot;time.quot; Required expertise knowledge includesbr 1. HVAC, Utilities, and Plumbing systems.br 2. Engineering Calculations including two or more of the following Heating and Cooling Load Calculations, Room Air Balance Calculations, Storm Drain Sizing, Pipe and Ductwork Sizing, Static Pressure Calculations.br 3. Minor Equipment Selection including one or more of the following Air Diffusers, VAV Terminals, Plumbing Fixtures, Reheat Coils, Pumps and other similar equipment.br 4. Technical Writing.br 5. AutoCAD or Revit experience working on flow diagrams and floor plan drawings.br 6. Basic understanding of Building Codes.br 7. Experience in fieldsite investigation.br 8. Engineer in Training EIT license.br br Travel requirements Occasional travel 010 to a client site to perform field investigation and or meet with the project client. This travel may be either domestic or international.
