Experience must include creating process FMEAs, control plans, and work instructions to establish standard work in the manufacture of automotive roof rack and cargo carrier systems; collaborating across departments to improve product satisfaction; and train personnel with regard to manufacturing ERP. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
