Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related and 2 years of software development experience as a IT Project Manager or similar including at least 2 years with .Net, ASP.Net, Business Intelligence, C#.Net, Data Modeling, ETL, Job Tracking, MS Project, SharePoint, SQL Data Analysis, Team Foundation Server, UML, Workflow.
