U.S. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, plus five 5 years of progressive, postbachelors degree experience as an Electrical Engineer or Substation Engineer is required.br Experience must include 5 years in high voltage transmission, including 3 years in all of the following 1 Creating reviewing designs for relaying PC, SCADA, grounding, physical yard layout, foundations, grading storm water; 2 Creating site layouts, cost estimates unitization reports; 3 Using MicroStation, ESRI, Unifier, P6 PeopleSoft; and 4 Developing design standards. Domestic travel required 20 of time. Telecommuting permissible. Hybrid schedule, 3 days inoffice2 days remote, as business needs dictate.
