Qualifying experience must include at least 6 months as a licensed attorney in intellectual property IP and commercial litigation practice areas at a multinational law firm including legal research and drafting briefs, discovery responses, motions, and pleadings.br br Must have good oral and written English communication skills.br br Must be able to practice law in United States federal court federal courts allow for admission of attorneys licensed in any state; and must be eligible to sit for the California bar exam.br br Incidental U.S. travel of up to 10 required for court appearances and meetings.
