Requires at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent. Requires three 3 years of experience in a testing, development, or support role related to application support in a Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environment to include three 3 years Linux and Windows systems administration; SaaS; building and deployment of releases; custom integration support to application hosted; troubleshooting platform functionality; supporting Tier 3 issues; processing tickets and change handling; shell or any other related programming language; and process documentation.
