Requires at least a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires two 2 years software engineering to include two 2 years with objectoriented programming languages like Java or J2EE; designing largescale applications and datadriven architectures; utilizing an understanding of security or access control, scalability and high availability in developing software; and designing system components.
