Requires Masters or foreign degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Math, Physics or related field plus 3 years of related experience. Employer will accept Bachelors degree followed by 5 years of progressive related experience in lieu of MS3. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires 2 years of experience with lean manufacturing processes; nonconformance process; escalation of product quality issues; and root cause analysis of quality issues.
