Troubleshooting techniques to identify and documenting root causes of software issues using application logs such as JSON or XML as input;br 4. Issue tracking using JIRA and modern Continuous IntegrationContinuous Delivery CICD practices;br 5. RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture;br 6. Tools used for gathering data to assist with troubleshooting and impact analysis, such as SQL, Tableau, Redshift or Hive; andbr 7. Authentication and authorization concepts and methods, including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.br br Travel to various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. required.
