Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field and 3 years of work experience in the job offered or in an analyst or program managerrelated occupation. Position requiresbr br 1. Developing endtoend plans and applying program management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban to develop a detailed execution approach that is the appropriate fit for the program;br 2. Executing roadmap and overall company strategy by translating it into projects and priorities, defining goals, completing milestones, and driving pivots throughout the program;br 3. Driving process improvements across teams and functions by leveraging best practices and creating repeatable frameworks;br 4. Project and program management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet;br 5. Agile or scrum software development processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, or retrospective session;br 6. Identifying technical dependencies and any gaps, determining capabilities needed, engaging the proper technical experts to solve the problem, and determining a solution; and,br 7. Working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
