Position requires a Masters degree in a sustainable design, landscape architecture, designconstruction, mechanical engineering, environmental science, urban planning or related field and five 5 years of experience as a building health and wellbeing professional with understanding of building physics, design, construction and operational phases of real estate development projects.br br Prior experience must include 4 years with each of the followingbr Providing WELL coachingtechnical support for WELL projects globallybr Leading WELL projects in Indiabr Leading WELL projects in the industrial and senior living sectorsbr Working with diverse set of external stakeholder groups including project teams and design construction real estate professionals for Fortune 500 organizationsbr WELL Faculty accreditationbr Project management experience in the development of new technical tools that will support a customers WELL journey at the enterprise levelbr Experience with presenting at conferences, summits and forumsbr Must have 2 years of experience in the followingbr Supporting Fortune 500 organizationsbr Utilizing project management and CRM tools including Hubspot, Zendesk, Figma, Miro and Asana.br Ability to work from remote office anywhere in the US is available.br Must travel 25 of time to attend domestic and international meetings and conferences.
