Three 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting network protocols, including BGP, VRRP, HSRP, RIP, EIGRP, STPPVSTRSTP, MPLS, and Multicast; performing IP multicast configuration and support; supporting and troubleshooting multicast in a PIMSPARSE Mode network; using Cisco and Juniper product range including VPN protocols; utilizing Junos and IOS configurations to execute configuration and support commands; using network management tools including Network Orchestration Automation, Checkpoint SmartConsole, ServiceNow, Polar, IPControl, and WorkSpace; and performing network troubleshooting and traffic analysis with CPacket, Wireshark, or equivalent. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in the above listed fields and one 1 year of experience in the above listed skills. Any suitable combination of education and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
