Three 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation configuring CUCM and Unity connection clusters; implementing Cisco Jabber, SRST, MGCP, and SIP endpoints; performing circuit provisions including ISDN, T1, E1 and SIP circuits; performing dial plan management utilizing route list, route group translation pattern and callingcalled transformation pattern; performing troubleshooting and break fix of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related Cisco Collaboration systems utilizing technologies including Cisco routers, Cisco Unity Connection, and voice circuits ISDNMGCPSIP; supporting IPT infrastructure utilizing SNMP, and syslogs; and performing detailed log collection, Wireshark packet captures and debugging to troubleshoot problems. In the alternative, employer will accept Masters degree in one of the abovelisted fields and one 1 year of experience in the above listed skills. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
