A Bachelors Degree or the foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or machine design occupation. The required experience must include 5 years of experience working in an industrial automation environment with packaging equipment and OEMs. 5 years of experience working in Food Beverage, Life Sciences andor Consumer Packaged Goods. 5 years of experience leading and implementing marketing strategies within a regional or matrix organization, with a focus on increasing customer engagement and sales growth. Job can be performed anywhere in the U.S. Domestic and international travel required up to 50 of the time.
