Position requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, or related, plus three 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, CRM System Administrator, or related; or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, or related, plus five 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, CRM System Administrator, or related.br br Experience must have includedbr Three 3 years with a Masters; or Five 5 years with a Bachelors Database Design SQL, SaaS Software as a Service configuration and design, Zendesk Design Configurations Development Deployments, and REST API Services;br Three 3 years with a Masters; or Five 5 years with a Bachelors Frontend Backend development using C# or JavaScript;br Three 3 years with a Masters; or Five 5 years with a Bachelors Defining and documenting system design and configurations from business requirements, creating and applying system components, and supporting users through UAT configuration modification testing and deployments using Agile design and development methodologies, Jira and Kanban, and Postman API; andbr Three 3 years of experience with Zendesk KPI Reporting API Frameworks integrations, CDCI Deployments, Zendesk App Framework ZAF Developments, Ubuntu Linux, experience with macro, trigger, automations, web widgets, and JSON content, and Integrating apps webhooks, and http targets.br br Requires up to 10 domestic travel.
