Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a closely related field and minimum 3 years of corporate banking experience. Experience must include leading execution of credit approval process and package preparation; preparing financial models for scenario analysis; working with core financial documents including income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet; preparing pitch materials; generating financing ideas and assisting origination team with spotting opportunities; credit monitoring and deal structuring including internal memos and documentation; and working with cash flow lending.
