The job site, which is the Employers Texas branch office, has also moved from 1090 Texan Trail, #330, Grapevine, TX 76051 to a new address located at 5301 Alpha Road, #8088, Dallas, TX 75240, which is also within the same MSA with a distance of 18 miles as per Google Maps. Please note that the Employer had already received the Prevailing Wage for this PERM application before their offices moved. The recruitment process for this PERM application has been done with the new office locations as the addresses have now changed. Since the new office addresses are within the same MSA and within a commutable distance of 13.4 miles and 18 miles, the Employer is within the same MSA and as such we are filing the PERM with the same Prevailing Wage.
