Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus five 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or related occupation.br br Requires experience with the following project leadership in a crossfunctional environment; overseeing software development lifecycle; defining and launching products; writing software specifications; modern development methodologies Agile, Scrum, and RUP; translating nontechnical feature descriptions into structured use cases, requirements, and specifications; communications and cloudhosted solutions.
