Bachelors Degree in a Logistics, Manufacturing or Industrial Management related field will accept 2 years of experience in the job offered or related Logistics, Manufacturing or Industrial Management related role in lieu of a Bachelors Degree; 5 years of experience in the job offered or related Logistics, Manufacturing or Industrial Management related role managing personnel KPIs, training personnel on work safety practices, ensuring manufactured parts meet specifications, managing raw material inventory levels, ensuring imports and exports adhere to customs and TSA regulations; and ensuring adherence to IATF standards IATF 16949 and international freight procedures; 5 years of experience with APQP, OEE, 5S practices, ERP systems, SaaS, Ctirix, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP SCM, 5S practices.
