ILO NORTH AMERICA – $185,827.00/Year

Must have work experience inbr 1. International business development in the US, Canada, Central and South America, in the following industries retail, including big box retailers; distribution, including management and development of a network of HVAC distributors; and railway, including train manufacturers or rail transportation organizations;br 2. International negotiation with the following vendor agreements related to the retail industry; distribution agreements related to the professional distribution industry; and multiyear contacts of at least 100,000 per year and for at least 3 years related to the railway industry;br 3. Production management including management of line operators; experience with electrical products, industrial printers, coating machines, and packing machines; and experience managing production line while meeting productivity and efficiency goals;br 4. Quality control, including with Intertek ETL inspections and certification process, inspection of products at every step of the process experience performing quality control tests and developing new or improved quality inspection processes to improve the overall product quality without impacting the productivity on the line, and;br 5. ERP systems including SILOG creating new orders, tracking and updating inventory, invoicing, placing new orders and ASANA task management and project management; andbr 6. Experience with French accounting practices including understanding consolidation of the group by the holding company, how consolidation affects the accounts of subsidiaries, understanding the differences between French and American balance sheets, and experience with the American accounting system to follow the day to day registration with accountants.br br br Addendum to H.4, H.8, and H.10 Position requires a Masters in International Business Administration or related and 2 years of experience in international business development and administration, or related. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelors in International Business Administration or related and 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in international business development and administration, or related.
