PhD or foreign degree equivalent in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Enzymology or related plus 3 years related experience. Will accept a Masters plus 5 years of experience in lieu of PhD3. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires at least 3 years experience with Single molecule enzymology of NGS polymerases with optical detection; Single molecule enzymology of NGS polymerases with electrical detection; Bulk Enzyme Kinetics with focus on NGS polymerases; Recombinant protein expression and purification; and Single molecule microscopy system design and build.
