Masters or foreign degree equivalent in Chemistry, Material Science or related plus 3 years related experience. Will accept a PhD in lieu of MS3. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience or postdoctoral work must include Understanding of organic small molecules, their design, synthesis, and structureproperty relationships; Preparation and surface characterization of organic thinfilms; and Quantitative analysis of the structural and electronic properties at materials interface.
