Bachelors degree in Environmental Management or a related field plus 2 years in the job offered or related occupation. Must have 2 years of experience with Forecasting power demand energy and peak in U.S. and Canadian power markets and regions, and building power demand models for emerging economies; using EViews, AURORAxmp, SQL Server Management Studio, and Python to conduct consulting engagements related to power demand forecasting and power market simulation; utilizing US energy data sources including EIA 861, FERC form 1, and NERC Energy Supply Demand ESD; forecasting corporate procurement of renewables in North America; modeling energy efficiency, electric vehicle power demand, and electrification of heating; and simulating hot and cold winterssummers using AURORAxmp or similar model and the impact on power demand and demand for natural gas.
