Twelve 12 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation identifying and analyzing potential investment opportunities that enhance the return andor reduce the risk and volatility of infrastructure portfolios; participating in the full investment process lifecycle including leading or supporting transaction processes, analyzing due diligence findings for investment opportunities, evaluating drivers of investment returns and identifying business practices to achieve optimal longterm returns, evaluating the drivers of investment risk and determining strategies to mitigate investment risk, and identifying prospective investment partners and negotiating governance arrangements with investment partners; working with sponsors and management teams to identify investment Environmental, Social, and Governance ESG objectives and contributing to developing strategies to achieve compliance with ESG objectives; and performing client relationship management including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, creating reports and presenting to stakeholders. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Masters degree in one of the abovelisted fields and ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the abovelisted skills. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. 20 travel required. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training or experience is acceptable.
