Position requires academic or industry experience in the following skills Provide input for cost and effort estimates and financial analysis using one of the following techniques analogous estimate, parametric estimate, 3point estimate, or bottom up estimate; Create and interpret user needs into specifications, user stories, flowcharts, and UML diagrams; Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical industryrelated journals and DOI filings; Basic system engineering, objectoriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards; Modeling Techniques Object Orientation analysis, and UML, such as Use Cases and Activity Diagrams; Data management and database concepts; Various software development lifecycles, including Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid; Writing software requirements and test specifications; SQL and Excel, including Data cleaning, manipulation and reporting; API standards for communicating and integration between applications.br br Special skills requirements enumerated in H14 may be attained through academic or industry experience. Any required proficiency andor skills pertaining to the applicants qualifications which are not listed explicitly at Section K Alien Work Experiencewere satisfied by the applicant through academic experience or are implicit within the context of the job duties previously performed by the applicant as set forth at Section K.
