Understanding of Cloud CRM capabilities, best practices and limitations and experience clearly communicating those to key stake holders. Handson experience in designing Oracle comparable CRM product, including configuration, customization, security, data model, approval principles, business processes and automations using workflows and triggers. Experience in managing business systems analysis functions including preparation of product roadmap, integration plans, specification of validation test cases for converting business requirements into technical epics and stories. Understanding of the integration of EBS to Cloud interfaces, processes, and technology needed to implement change. Understanding of healthcare and knowledge of CRM space in health sector.
