Masters in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics and Biostatistics, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in offered position or as Bioinformatics Analyst at a research organization.br br All required experience must have included computational biology; software development in a modern programming language; and pipeline development languages Python, R, JavaScript, WDL, Nextflow, BashShell; developing and leading a variety of bioinformatics analysis projects; managing databases, conducting statistical and genomic analysis, and participating in the preparation of manuscripts and presentations; collaborating with wetbench biologists and working independently to analyze data derived from several types of projects using microarrays and highthroughput sequencing; and conducting analysis of microarray and highthroughput sequencing data, genome sequence analysis, experimental design and statistical analysis.
