Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Communications Engineering, or a closely related Engineering field and 5 years of experience in an occupation working in wireless networks for a telecom service provider, vendor, or a carrier.br br Alternative requirements Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Communications Engineering, or a closely related Engineering field and 2 years of experience in an occupation working in wireless networks for a telecom service provider, vendor, or a carrier.br br Must also have I Indepth handson knowledge of a Mobile Virtual Network Architecture and Integration; b PCRF Architecture and configuration for Data Policy; c all 3G, 4G, and 5G signaling protocols including MAP, Diameter, HTTP and GTP; d mobile core systems including hSSHLR, SMSC, MSc, MME, SGWSGSN, PGWGGSN, and GTP proxy; e MSC and MGW commissioning; II Demonstrated background a using network test tools including Ixia and spectra; b improving IP Routing and Switching abilities using CISCO; c deploying LTE Architectures and learning Diameter Protocol; d managing STP and HLR architecture and provisioning systems; e learning and integrating Value Added Services including SMS, MMS, and OTA; f managing Packet Core Network elements including SGSN, MME, SPGW, PCRF, DPI; and g implementing International Roaming Architecture and Signaling, including VoLTE S8HR and VoWiFi; III Demonstrated familiarity a of REST APIs; and b with network virtualization technologies including VMWare and Openstack; IV Experience implementing Near Real Time Billing for Roaming Service; V Track record working successfully as a team member who is always ready to be oncall; and VI Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong customer interface skills, and excellent multitasking and time management skills.
