HYBRID ARCHITECTS LLC – $65,645.00/Year

The required Two 2 years of experience, as referenced in Question H6 above, means two years of experience performing architectural design of multifamily residential and mixeduse commercial buildings, including two years of experience in each of the following developing conceptual designs utilizing Sketchup or equivalent and AutoCAD; performing drafting tasks using Revit; developing the conceptual design process utilizing Hand Base Sketching, Enscape 3D Rendering, and 3d Printing Skills; developing design review packets and conceptual designs using Adobe Creative Suite; and presenting design review packets to design review boards. All experience may be gained concurrently.
