Masters degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related plus 3 years of experience working with Lean methodology in industrial manufacturing environment OR Bachelors degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related plus 5 years of experience working with Lean methodology in industrial manufacturing environment. Prior experience must include AutoCAD; Lean manufacturing principles; Automation of manufacturing equipment; Advanced excels including formulas, pivot tables, database building; ERP System Management; Programming PLCs; and Project Management.
