Must have a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience in commercial or transaction banking.br br Qualifying experience must include at least 5 years of experience inbr br Solid experience in product management values andor project management.br Cash Treasury Management practices with experience in one or more Liquidity, Payments and Cash Management core business lines;br Liquidity Management strategies, structures, products services on and off balance sheet specifically exposure to liquidity management and investment products across North America markets and globally;br Comprehensive experience of global cash management including the core requirements of customers working across multiple countries;br Experience working with multiple business partners and matrixes organizations to develop and commercialize product propositions;br Experience working with SME with crossLOB stakeholders domestically andbr internationally and complex RFPs;br Knowledge of Asset Liability Management and liquidity fund transfer pricing concepts Interest rate environment and Asset Liability Management Balance Sheet Management their application into deposit liability strategy;br Familiarity with project management methodologies and product life cycle, including competitor analysis of financial industry in both the US and global market; andbr Experience managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment with minimum direction.
