Must have a Bachelors degree in business or related field or a foreign equivalent and 4 years of related work experience in managing commercial relationships with international needs.br br Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in business or related or foreign equivalent and 2 years of related work experience in managing commercial relationships with international needs.br br Qualifying experience must includebr Strong credit assessment and management skills, particularly with complex and structured facilities with an international dimensionbr Understand profitability models and use them to optimize returns for the portfoliobr Experience initiating relationships with a variety of banking products.br Robust understanding of prospect targeting and client planningbr Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including of economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues in the US and around the world.br Knowledge of Trade, Cash Management, Capital Markets, and Retail and Private banking products and capabilities in the US and countries around the world.br br Qualifying experience must include at least 2 years inbr Researching and prioritizing prospects, managing a pipeline and developingdisseminating content that will attract new relationships and solidify existing ones.br Modeling financial returns and developing relationships that meet and exceed return objectives.br Credit training with a major US bank.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience.br br Up to 5 domestic or international travel.
