Must have six 6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Economist, or a closely related field. Experience must include Companylevel business analysis including indepth evaluation of historical financial statements, constructing 3 statement financial projections income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet, scenariobusiness case analysis, and liquidity projections; Developing valuation analysis including discounted cash flow analysis, sum of the parts, trading comparables, and precedent transactions; Assessing credit metrics including debt yield, fixed charge coverage, equity yield, and free cash flow generation; Evaluating andbr negotiating legal documentation including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and purchase agreements; and formulating and stresstesting business risks including fixed and variable cost structure, pricevolume, lifetime customer value, customer acquisition cost, supplier concentration, customer concentration, revenue retention and churn statistics, and organic growth.
