Counsel and Influence leadership, customers, and teams, to drive organizational change and create impact; Identify and develop highperforming people and teams through challenging and meaningful assignments; Gather and analyse data to advise clients on the use of emerging solutions including 5G, AI, IOT, Edge Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Big Data to add business value through investments; Define target operating models, migration roadmaps and team structures reduce financial and operational risks in transformations, acquisitions, and divestitures; Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transformations, acquisitions and divestiture planning and execution utilizing Total Cost of Ownership, and Discounted Cash Flow; Develop and manage longterm strategy and operational processes, including annual budget planning, headcount and cost allocation, monitoringreporting business KPIs, and product prioritization.
