Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have at least 3 years experience as a Financial Quantitative Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a related occupation. Three years experience must include conducting financial due diligence, negotiating financing terms and finalizing investment agreements; experience with analyzing investment projects; experience with performing financial statement analysis and preparing detailed financial forecasts and valuation models; experience evaluating financial risk, performing cash flow analysis, and related company valuation using techniques such as discounted cash flow method, precedent transaction multiples, and market multiples; experience with advising on and participating in the financial aspects of contracts; experience with planning short and longterm cash flows and assessing financial performance; and experience with developing, implementing, and using tools for managing and analyzing financial portfolio.
