Must possess or be eligible to possess a valid state license to practice medicine in Connecticut and have completed three years of residency training in internal or family medicine. Must be Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education ACGME accredited residency training in internal or family medicine. Medical degree or foreign equivalent required.
