5 years of experience in agile development methodologies and Salesforce administration or development; and in the design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, test, deploy and support. Must have 1 year of experience with conducting detailed assessment of current state workflows developing future state workflows and system requirements; analysis, design, testing and support for Salesforce implementations as part of a complete software product lifecycle; creating new users, custom profiles, support processes, record types, roles, validation rules, workflow rules, permission sets, data modeling, page layouts, Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce; working with tools, such as Workbench, Data Loader, Postman, Service Cloud or Health Cloud; Salesforce integration testing with MuleSoft; Contact Center integration testing with Salesforce for Call Flows; and managing a project and communicating with multiple levels of an organization. Partial telecommuting permitted; must be available to come into NY worksite as needed.
