Additionally, 7 years of experience stated herein to involve Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control and World Class Manufacturing. Finally, at least 3 years of experience stated herein to involve Digital strategy roadmap, Data Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Organizational Change Management and Program design and execution.br br In lieu of a Masters degree, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing or related fields, and 9 years of experience in Process Improvement in Manufacturing; Program Management, Six Sigma or TQM, and Operational Excellence. Moreover, 7 years of experience stated herein to involve Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, World Class Manufacturing. Finally, at least 3 years of experience stated herein to involve Digital strategy roadmap, Data Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Organizational Change Management and Program design and execution.
