Requires masters or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with course work in electric power or energy systems and 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience conducting research or performing studies on electrical power systems,br using at least one of the following simulation tools power flow, transient stability, or electromagnetic transients. In lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, employer will accept a P.h.D and 6 months of experience as stated. Experience may be, but need not be, acquiredbr concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
