Must have 2 years of experience in an engineering position in the automotive industry. The two 2 years of experience must include experience ensuring preparation for production and exercising control over proprietary automotive component parts, materials, and tools for production needs; developing monthly production plans and schedules for manufacturing processes in support of product launch activities; conducting root cause analysis and implementing countermeasures for product defects; developing and implementing standards for operational production planning; facilitating review and analysis for improvement of comprehensive automation of production processes; and developing new supplies and components through the APQP process and production part approval process.
