Demonstrable ability and prior experience in conducting scientific tests and field trials of agricultural products and in preparing soil studies, lab analysis and reports. soil program testing consisting of soil sampling, sample analysis, data interpretation and soil management recommendations to determine soil fertility levels, and identify nutrient deficiencies, potential toxicities and trace minerals.br Demonstrable ability and prior experience in performing chemical analyses of the microorganism content of soils to determine microbial reactions or chemical mineralogical relationships to plant growth.br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience with specific scientific software to include Laboratory Information Management System LIMS and Scientific Data Management System SDMS, with particular reference to soil science.br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience with specific equipment including, pH Meter, Electrical Conductivity, soil drying oven, Distilled water apparatus; Spectrophotometer, Kjeldahl unit, Flamephotometer, Atomic Absorption; Muffle furnace; Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer ICP; Centrifuge machine, spectrometry and general chemistry methods.br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience in preparing and presenting reports and recommendations regarding management practices to stakeholders, distributors, and owners.br Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience in using research and analysis of data to develop best practice to meet the companys standards.br Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience in project organizational management with reference to the following areas; strong oral and written communication skills, problemsolving, attention to detail, fulfilling commitments on schedule, preparing accurate documents and using consultation to build strong working relationships with team members, clients and vendors.br Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience in process and formulation development to identify and document critical factors that impact method performance andor analytical development activities in relation to spectrometry and general chemistry methods.br Demonstrable knowledge and ability to interpret and apply relevant government and third party policy guidelines such as NSF and Dietary Supplements Guidance Documents Regulatory Information to include Current Good Manufacturing Practices CGMP; Warnings and Safety Information; Labeling and Regulation; Correspondence, Statements, and Agreements Related to Policy; Adverse Events Reporting; General Compliance and Inspection Information for Industry; Codex Activities; Kosher Certification; NonGMO standards and certification; and Utah Food and Agricultural license.br Travel Requirements Domestic travel up to 1 trips per month, for a maximum of 3 days. International travel up to 1 trips annually, for a maximum of 8 days.
