Must possess expertiseknowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertiseknowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertiseknowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertiseknowledge includes Knowledge of process integration and optimization principles, practices and techniques. Experience using tools such as scanner and stepper for mask process as well as CD SEM, Overlay, and FIB tools to evaluate process performance. Knowledge of magnetic recording head or HDD manufacturing. Knowledge and understanding of semiconductor process technology as well as magnetic recording head device evaluation. Knowledge of Dynamic Performance DP evaluation for head performance using SEM, TEM, and EDS tools for analysis. Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and recommend corrective action. Experience using JMP or Excel to analyze wafer performance loss. Ability to use CAD to recommend and implement corrective action to address performance loss. Understanding of magnetic field theory.
